I got a new laptop just a little while ago (Acer travlemate 2440, celeron M proccessor, upgrade to two gigs of RAM). GOT SICK AND TIRED OF USING DEMON POSSESSED WINDOWS!! I downloaded Ubuntu 8.10, and completely deleted window (I loved every second of it). No looking back. Fast, secure, only one problem, cant get the compiz fusion cube to work, but thats not that big of a deal (as long as I've got wobbly windows).
